Field experiments were conducted on 28 agronomic traits of 28 wild sapling germplasms from 2013 to 2014, using SPSS 19.0 data analysis software to cluster observations, principal components and correlation analysis , And using the membership function method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its agronomic traits, with a view to screening materials with low falling rate and excellent performance of comprehensive traits. The results showed that the drop rate of each material increased significantly and reached its maximum at 31 d after full bloom. Among them, Zh N03 and MQ01 had the most obvious change in the rate of drop, while the rate of drop was obviously different between Zh N02, HZ03 and LQ05. Two years of falling observation data show that XH09 has the highest falling rate, followed by XH03, LQ03 and LQ04. The material with the lowest drop rate is Zh N03, followed by MQ01. Correlation analysis showed that the rate of leaf fall was significantly negatively correlated with the width of the flag leaf and the number of stems, and significantly negatively correlated with the width of the fallen leaf. The rest of the observed traits also have large variation, and the tiller number has the highest variability in all the evaluation indexes with a coefficient of variation of 17.07%. Membership function analysis showed that the membership function of Zh N03 was 0.73, which was the closest to 1, and the agronomic traits in 28 germplasms were the best. The low-primed Somniferum indicum germplasm and excellent synthetic material screened in this study provided valuable genetic resources for the breeding of Erianthus barbarum.
