随着我国公路建设投资的快速增长和现代工程技术的不断发展,公路工程造价管理的复杂性、时效性、规范性要求提高,本文结合公路工程造价分阶段多次计价的特点,就如何利用先进的信息技术,开展公路工程造价管理信息化总体设计,推进传统的管理方式向现代管理方式的转变,最终实现造价管理业务的全过程一体化综合办理和造价数据的集成与共享,大幅度提升公路工程造价管理水平,适应现代公路工程建设管理的需要。
