铁路牵引用柴油机多级机油在铁路工业中己越来越多地受到人们的关注。多级机油的主要优点是节约燃油。本文介绍铁路牵引用柴油机使用SAE20W-40多级机油所进行的柴油机燃油消耗试验及耐久试验结果。文中提供了采用负荷箱进行的6种不同燃油消耗试验的结果(在二冲程和四冲程柴油机上各试验3种)。多级机油在二、四冲程柴油机中等负荷下使用,与SAE40单级机油相比,燃油节约均达1.1%,而低负荷运行时燃油节约效果更佳。文中还给出了上述两种柴油机的现场试验结果。这些试验着重是考查活塞环、缸套的磨耗以及轴承的润滑情况。结果表明:在这方面多级机油和传统的单级机油不相上下。
Railway traction diesel multi-stage oil in the railway industry has been more and more people’s attention. The main advantage of multi-stage oil is fuel economy. This paper introduces the diesel fuel consumption test and durability test results of SAE20W-40 multi-stage oil for railway traction diesel engine. The paper provides the results of 6 different fuel consumption tests using a load case (3 tests on 2 and 4 stroke diesel engines). Multi-stage oil is used under medium load for two-stroke and four-stroke diesel engines. Compared with SAE40 single-stage oil, the oil savings are all up to 1.1%, while the fuel saving effect is better under low-load operation. The article also gives the field test results of the two diesel engines. These tests focus on examining piston rings, cylinder liner wear, and bearing lubrication. The results show that: In this regard, multi-stage oil and conventional single-stage oil comparable.
