普外科住院病例数在综合性医院外科各专科中占首位。统计分析其住院病种的分布及其变化,对了解普外科住院病人的概况,进一步认识和研究普外科常见病、多发病的诊治等有一定临床意义。现根据我院资料,选择条件基本相同的两个时期,即1976年1月1日至1979年12月31日(前4年)和1986年1月1日至1989年12月31日(后4年),作回顾性病例统计,着重探讨病种的变化。
The number of general surgery inpatient department occupies the first place in the comprehensive hospital surgical specialty. Statistical analysis of the distribution and changes of their inpatient diseases, to understand the general situation of inpatients in general surgery, to further understand and study of common diseases in general surgery, diagnosis and treatment of multiple diseases have some clinical significance. Now according to our hospital information, the choice of conditions are basically the same two periods, namely, January 1, 1976 to December 31, 1979 (the first 4 years) and January 1, 1986 to December 31, 1989 (after 4 years), for retrospective case statistics, focusing on changes in the disease.
