哈耶克的规则进化命题在哲学基础上存在是与应当、相对论与绝对论、自由与功利之间的内在分裂或矛盾,在事实维度上存在形式反实证与实质实证之间的背反和严重的“事实小型化”现象,在动力机制上存在不干预与不正义、内力论与外力论之间的高度紧张,在终极趋向上存在自生自发秩序如何跨越大小社会之间的鸿沟之困局。对于这些问题的揭示,有助于中国类似问题的解决。
Hayek’s rule evolution proposition exists on the basis of philosophy as the opposite and serious between the anti-positivism and substantive positivism between the formal relativism and the absolute theory, the freedom and the utilitarianism. In the ultimate trend, there exists the dilemma of how spontaneous order across the gap between the big and small society . The revelation of these issues will help solve similar problems in China.
