2011年十一黄金月楼市广州楼市供求状况依旧延续了近半年多的态势:供应失衡严重,成交不见明显起色。而近期外围环境恶化,欧债危机、美国失业率持续居高不下,以及国内温州中小企业老板债务事件等负面消息的陆续报导,进一步冲淡市场交易。同时市场经过长时期的胶着,部分出货压力大的项目价格已现松动,品牌大型开发商领衔打出“优惠牌”。但当前市场欠缺良性刺激因素,成交回升乏力。
