Anti-HBs have the potential to protect the body from Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, but the purification of 22 nm HBsAg from the HBV chronic carriers plasma to prepare a vaccine is difficult and costly to produce. This article reports the amino acid sequence analysis of the main peptide of HBsAg and found
