Mufangchi Decoction showed significant enhancement of the atrial guinea pig in vitro. Mu Fang De Tang consists of crude drugs such as Fang Ji, Gypsum, Cinnamon and Ginseng, and Fang Ji and Gypsum are used for this purpose. Therefore, firstly, we studied the effects of anti-self on isolated guinea pig atria. In Japan, the sinomeium acutum is used for its stems and rhizomes. After mixing the methanol and 50% methanol extracts of the four domestically produced anti-herbs, the suspension was made up with water, extracted with ethyl ether under acidic conditions, and extracted with chloroform under basic conditions of sodium carbonate. These components were all extracted.
