目的通过改良的身份识别标识,减少标识更换次数及书写身份识别信息、查对的耗时,提高工作效率。减少护士查对弯腰次数,从而减少护士腰背痛几率。方法用观察法进行前后对照。方便选取2016年7—12月,住院天数为7 d,输液治疗液体为两组的肺炎患儿(1月~3岁)200例和同期的儿科护士作为研究对象。其中选取2016年7—9月100例患儿和同期的儿科护士,采用常规腕带,记录手写信息时间及双人查对后戴在患儿手腕上的时间、操作时查对所需的时间和同期护士查对弯腰次数设为对照组;选取2016年10—12月100例患儿和同期的儿科护士,采用改良后可拉伸的卡套,记录HIS系统提取的身份信息打印后装入改良后卡套佩戴在患儿胸前或任何显眼处、操作时查对所需的时间和同期护士查对弯腰次数设为观察组。对比两组身份识别标识在提高工作效率和减少护士腰背痛机率的效果,使用17.0统计学软件进行数据分析。结果身份识别标识更换次数:对照组为91次、观察组仅为1次,更换次数明显少于对照组(χ2=163.043,P<0.001),建立身份识别信息平均耗时:对照组用60.88 s、观察组用28.12 s,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=66.355,P<0.001),查对身份识别标识总耗时:对照组为1 045.28 s、观察组为640.93 s,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=28.004,P<0.001)。在100例患儿住院7 d共42 00次查对中,对照组弯腰4 200次而观察组仅2次弯腰,弯腰次数明显少于对照组(χ2=8 392.004,P<0.001)。结论使用改良后患儿身份识别标识,能有效减少身份识别标识更换次数,节约护士书写腕带信息和操作时身份识别标识的查对时间,减少弯腰次数,提高工作效率和减轻腰背痛。
