信息技术新课程标准指出,高中信息技术课应以培养学生良好的信息素养为宗旨,把信息技术当作支持终身学习和合作学习的能力,为学生适应信息社会的学习、工作和生活打下坚实的基础。使学生在获取、加工、管理、表达和交流信息的过程中,掌握信息技能,增强信息意识,培养创新思维,提高实践能力,即培养学生信息技能、提高学生的信息素养是信息技术教育的根本目标。
The new curriculum standard for information technology pointed out that the information technology curriculum in high school should aim at cultivating students’ good information literacy and regard information technology as their ability to support lifelong learning and cooperative learning and lay a solid foundation for students to adapt to the learning, work and life of the information society basis. In the process of obtaining, processing, managing, expressing and exchanging information, students should master information skills, enhance their awareness of information, cultivate innovative thinking and improve their practical abilities. That is to say, developing students ’information skills and improving students’ information literacy are fundamental to information technology education aims.
