随着人民物质文化水平的不断提高和中国旅游事业的飞速发展,愈来愈多的人愿意花费时间和精力享受旅游带来的精神财富,川藏旅游线作为一条日趋成熟的旅游线路走入人们视线。而川藏旅游从业者作为这条线路旅游服务的提供者,必须具备一定的专业素养和职业操守。通过本文的研究,对川藏旅游从业者职业心理素质及培养模式进行分析,旨在提高其职业心理素质和探索出一条适合川藏旅游从业者发展的培养模式。
With the continuous improvement of people’s material and cultural level and the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, more and more people are willing to spend time and energy to enjoy the spiritual wealth brought by tourism. As a maturing tourist route, Sichuan-Tibet travel route enters people Sight. Sichuan-Tibet tourism practitioners as the provider of tourism services on this route, must have a certain professionalism and professional ethics. Through the research of this article, I analyze the occupational psychological quality and training mode of tourism practitioners in Sichuan and Tibet to improve their occupational psychological quality and explore a training mode suitable for the development of Sichuan tourism practitioners.
