在混合摩擦条件下对几种耐磨保护层进行滑动磨损试验,根据其摩擦系数 f 和磨损系数 k 值表明,渗氮层,特别是渗硼层的抗粘着磨损性能好,而镀铬层和镀镍层较易产生粘着磨损而失效。化学气相沉积的碳化物镀层一般很耐磨,但这些表面层镀后的粗糙度较高,会使与之相配的试件受到剧烈磨损。如果配对件不允许有较大的磨损,则这些镀层应经过镀后加工,降低粗糙度后才可使用。从磨损曲线来看,表面初始粗糙度主要影响摩擦副的跑合期中磨损量,对其稳定期影响不大。

If the counterparts do not allow greater wear and tear, these plating should be plated after processing, reduce the roughness before use. From the wear curve point of view, the initial surface roughness mainly affects the running wear of the friction pair, and has little effect on its stability.
