2011年3月以来,解放军306医院多次举办“典型病例讨论教学沙龙”活动,以务实、开放、互动、自由表达为原则,真实呈现典型疑难病例的临床诊治经过,共同总结疾病诊治过程中的宝贵经验,相互探讨存在的不足和应汲取的教训,我们从此活动中选取部分病例在本刊临床病例讨论栏目刊登。本期病例由儿科提供,讨论由郑成中主任、马华松主任共同主持,分二个阶段进行,参会者置身其中,假设自己为经治医师考虑诊治问题。为便于广大医务人员阅读、借鉴与学习,我们将其讨论内容整理刊登。

Participants were involved in the discussion, assuming that they should consider the diagnosis and treatment for the physician. In order to facilitate the majority of medical staff to read, learn and learn, we will arrange the discussion of the content published.
