应用CFD软件STAR-CD,建立了某490增压柴油机燃用二甲醚的燃烧模型.在额定功率下,计算了二甲醚在不同喷油提前角时缸内温度、压力、NOX随曲轴转角的变化情况.结果表明:柴油机中燃用二甲醚燃料NOX排放浓度显著降低.通过对上止点前5°,7°,9°时不同喷油始点的计算表明,提前角增大,NOX生成量增加.为二甲醚燃料的推广使用与燃烧系统的优化提供了参考.
The CFD software STAR-CD was used to establish the combustion model of a 490-tonne diesel engine using dimethyl ether.At the rated power, the temperature, pressure and NOX of DME at different injection angles were calculated. The results show that the NOX emission concentration of dimethyl ether fuel consumed by diesel engine is significantly reduced.The calculation of different fuel injection starting points at 5 °, 7 ° and 9 ° before TDC shows that the advance angle increases and NOx The amount of production is increased, which provides a reference for the popularization and application of DME fuel and the optimization of combustion system.
