采用新 型等离 子体光谱 仪( I R I S H R 型) ,对同时 测定碳钢 、低合金 钢中 Si , Mn , P, V , Ti , Cu , Co , Ni , Cr , Mo , Mg , Al 1 2 个元素 的最佳 分析 参 数进 行了 试 验。研 究了 分 析谱 线、背景 校 正点、高频功 率、载气 压力、试样 提升量 和辅 助 气体 流 量对 分析 结 果的 影响 。将 试验 所选 择 的分 析 参数应用于 标准样 品的分析 ,结果表 明该方法 简便易 行、快速、准确。
A new type of plasma spectrometer (I R I S H R type) was used to measure the contents of Si, Mn, P, V, Ti, Cu, Co, Ni, Cr, Mo, Mg and Al 1 in carbon steel and low alloy steel 2 elements of the best analysis parameters were tested. The effects of analytical line, background correction point, high frequency power, carrier gas pressure, sample lift and auxiliary gas flow on the analytical results were studied. The analytical parameters selected by the experiment were applied to the analysis of standard samples. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and accurate.
