游戏是对幼儿进行全面发展的重要形式,应根据幼儿的年龄特点选择和指导游戏。教师在与幼儿交往的过程中,要以平等的合作者和参与者身份参与活动,增进师幼间的感情,缩小心理差距。但幼儿游戏什么时候需要教师指导,怎样才能了解孩子的实际情况和兴趣呢?盲目介入会打断孩子正在进行的游戏,会影响孩子独立思考解决问题及伙伴间的相互作用,会让孩子对教师产生信赖或反感。所以,应在适当时机,用不同的方法指导孩子深入开展游戏。
Games are an important form of all-round development for young children. Games should be selected and guided according to the age characteristics of young children. Teachers interact with young children in the process, to be equal partners and participants to participate in activities, enhance the feelings between young and old, reduce the psychological gap. But when do toddlers need teacher instruction and how can they understand the actual situation and interests of their children? Blind intervention can interrupt a child’s ongoing game and affect children’s independent thinking. Solving problems and the interaction between partners can make children feel better about teachers Produce trust or resentment. So, should be in due course, use different methods to guide children to develop the game in depth.
