患孩,女,46/(12)岁,因左耳流脓2个月并发耳前颞部肿胀3天,于1984年3月5日入院。自1984年2月初起患孩左耳疼痛,全身发热经打针后,热退,但耳痛加剧随后左耳流出脓液,体温复升,即到县医院医治。该院以“败血症”治疗,10余天后,左耳流脓不止,耳下肿胀,并渐增大延及颈部。该院在颈部作了脓开肿切引流术,术中排出约10ml 脓液,肿胀随之消退,但多次换药创口仍有少量脓液溢出,且在耳前、颞部出现
