1995年10月,由美国国防大学培训的 16名第一代计算机网络战士组成了美空军计算机作战部队。这是美军为了在未来的计算机战争中实施进攻和防御作战而组建的第一支计算机作战部队。这也许就是2020年军队样式的雏形。所谓网络战士,是指那些有丰富的计算机网络经验和技能、以先进的解码技术知识为武器、采取公开或隐蔽的手段以破坏敌方计算机网络和保护己方计算机网络为目标的参战个人或群体。他们使用的武器不是传统的枪、炮、飞机或导弹等,而是大家非常熟悉的计算机键盘和鼠标器。
In October 1995, 16 first-generation computer cyber warriors trained by the U.S. National Defense University formed the U.S. Air Force computer warfare unit. This is the first computer warfare unit the U.S. military has set up to carry out offensive and defensive operations in the future computer war. This may be the prototype of the 2020 military style. The so-called cyber warrior refers to those who have rich experience and skills in computer networks, using advanced knowledge of decoding technology as a weapon, using open or covert means to destroy the enemy's computer network and protect one's own computer network as the target individual or group of war. Instead of using traditional guns, guns, airplanes or missiles, the weapons they use are familiar computer keyboards and mice.
