山东港湾建设集团有限公司山东港湾建设集团有限公司,该公司是一家集设计、咨询、施工、制造为一体的大型综合性企业,具有近海工程施工总承包、房屋建筑工程施工总承包壹级资质,先后多次荣获“全国优秀施工企业”“全国水运工程建设优秀施工企业”等荣誉称号,有3项工程获国家优质工程奖、12项工程获省优部优工程奖,多项成果获国家、省、市科技进步奖。日照-仪征原油管道及配套工程项目日照港岚山港区30万吨级原油码头工程,位于日照港岚山港区,新建30万吨级原油接卸泊位一个及配套的工艺管道、供电、给排水、消防、通信等生产和辅助设施,工程概算总投资82209.52万元,设计年吞吐能力为2000万吨。该工程采用了两个大型30万吨级原油码头共用一座引桥的布置方式,引堤长184.4m,为抛石斜坡堤结构:引桥长791.4m,净宽11.9m,由6跨钢引桥及7个独立墩组成,下部为沉箱重力墩式结构,上部结构为整体下承式系杆钢管混凝土拱桥,单跨钢引桥长度为125m,矢高20m,跨度为当时国内油码头引桥跨度最长之一;
