介绍了建筑施工项目物资管理存在的问题和解决的措施,并对物资管理中的几个方面做了简要的阐述,提出了将现代物流管理思想引入建筑施工项目的物资管理,以提高生产经营效率。
This paper introduces the existing problems of material management in construction projects and the measures to be taken to solve them. In addition, it gives a brief exposition of several aspects of material management and puts forward the idea of introducing modern logistics management into the material management of construction projects in order to improve the efficiency of production and operation .
