本文测定了100例糖尿病患者淋巴细胞锌和血清锌的含量,并与正常人做了对照。现察了不同类型的糖尿病及其不同控制情况下、不同合并症时锌代谢的变化。结果表明,糖尿病患者淋巴细胞锌减少,血清锌变化不明显。初步探讨了糖尿病患者锌代谢紊乱的原因及临床意义。
In this paper, 100 cases of diabetic patients with lymphocyte zinc and serum zinc content, and compared with normal people. Now observe the different types of diabetes and its different control cases, different complications of zinc metabolism. The results showed that diabetic patients with lymphocyte zinc decreased serum zinc did not change significantly. Preliminary study of diabetic patients with zinc metabolism disorders and its clinical significance.
