心系事业续写审计新篇1976年,我从湖北省财政金融学校毕业,分配回谷城县财政局工作,从专管员到工交股长、商贸股长,到副局长,整整工作了十五个春秋。当时我想,学财政、搞财政,工作顺手、生活安定,就在这里搞一辈子算了。谁知1991年春节刚过,县委突然通知我去开会,会上宣布了我到审计局工作的决定。当时我一听就懵了,说实在话,我当时的顾虑是很多的,归纳起来主要有三点:一是由熟悉的工作环境到不熟悉的工作环境,离开了我工作了十五年的岗位,再去结识新的人和事,思想上不适应;二是做财政工作抓财务管理,能帮助企业解决实际困难;搞审计工作主要是财务监督,专找别人毛病,正如人们常说的一个是栽花一个是挑刺,心理上不适应;三是我县审计局自成立后一直是先进单位,在省、市市都有一定的位置。我作为一名女同志,社会阅历浅,工作不熟悉,能不能使过去的成绩发扬光大,更上一层楼?心里没底,工作上不适应。县委主要领导看出了我的心思,对我说,怎么样,有困难吗?我真想叫个艰难,可话到嘴边却变成了:没困难,我一定把工作做好。第二天,我便走上了新的工作岗位。
