目的 研究生骨再造散对激素性股骨头坏死家兔血脂水平的影响。方法 家兔 45只 ,随机分为 5组 :空白对照组、模型组、生骨再造散组、生骨再造散加手术组和马氏补骨片组。用糖皮质激素造成家兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型。造模 6周开始 ,生骨再造散和生骨再造散加手术组灌胃生骨再造散 ( 3 2g·kg-1·d-1) ;马氏补骨片组灌胃马氏补骨片 ( 0 6g·kg-1·d-1) ;空白对照组和模型组灌胃等容量生理盐水。于造模第 5周和给药第 5周测各组家兔的胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白。结果 模型组与空白对照组相比 ,血清胆固醇、甘油三酯明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,高密度脂蛋白明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ;三个治疗组与模型组比较 ,血清胆固醇、甘油三酯明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白明显升高(P <0 0 5 ) ;生骨再造散两组与马氏补骨片组比较无显著性差异。结论 生骨再造散对股骨头坏死的治疗作用可能与其对血脂的调节作用有关
Objective To investigate the effect of graduate student Gu Zai Zai San on blood lipid levels in rabbits with steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. Methods Fifty-nine rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group, model group, Shenggu Zaizaosan group, Shenggu reconstructive surgery group and Majibugu tablet group. The model of rabbit steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head was induced by glucocorticoids. At the beginning of the 6th week after modeling, Shengguzaisansan Powder and bone reconstructive powder plus surgery group were given to reconstruct the bone and reconstitute the loose powder (32g·kg-1·d-1); (0 6g·kg-1·d-1) ; Blank control group and model group were given normal saline by gavage. At the 5th week of model establishment and 5th week after administration, cholesterol, triglyceride, and high-density lipoprotein of rabbits in each group were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the model group were significantly higher (P < 0.01), and the high-density lipoprotein was significantly lower (P <0 01). The three treatment groups were compared with the model group. Serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly lower (P < 0.05), and high-density lipoprotein levels were significantly higher (P <0 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the reconstituted raw bone reconstituted group and the Majibugufen group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Sheng Gu Zai Zai San on femoral head necrosis may be related to the regulation of blood lipids
