恩肥,又名土壤营养精,是近年来引进国外技术和工艺研制生产的一种高效浓缩复合液体肥料。它富含氮、磷、钾和多种微量元素,还含有糖、氨基酸和酶等多种有机成分。试验表明,将它用于食用菌的生料栽培,有明显的增产和改善品质的效果。据测定,平菇增产21.8％～85.0％,草菇增产26.0％～58.6％;菇体蛋白质含量增加6.5％～33.3％,人体必需的8种氨基酸含量增加27.0％～27.9％,锌含量增加7.29ppm,铁增加22.7～94.7ppm。
