2005年那场关于“保鲜膜致癌”争论言犹在耳,让广大消费者至今心有余悸。令人欣慰的是“保鲜膜致癌”的争论,体现了国家“以人为本”对人民高度负责的精神。我们的众多包装业者“好了伤疤却没有忘痛”,痛定思痛,终于认识到了“食品包装是食品的‘贴身衣物’”。于是得出结论:民以食为天;天以质为要;要以安全为本。业内的专家从“高度重视食品安”的视野出发,提出“食品包装有安全漏洞”,指出“标准滞后导致监管不力”,呼吁“亟须要建立安全体系”,指明“环保替代促安全无害”……我们希望业内人士从此文中得到启示,兹编于后,以飨读者。
