目的研究分析传染性单核细胞增多症患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化,为该病患儿的免疫调节提供理论依据。方法选择2010年4月-2015年11月医院收治56例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿为观察组,并以同时期体检56名健康儿童为对照组,检测两组儿童外周血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞,并分析其变化;比较观察组不同白细胞水平患儿的检测结果,同时采用logistic分析上述研究指标与传染性单核细胞增多症的关系。结果观察组患儿外周血CD_(19)~+、CD_(16)~+CD_(56)~+及CD_3~+CD_4~+、CD_4~+及CD_4~+/CD_8~+水平均低于对照组,而CD_8~+则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不同白细胞水平检测结果差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic分析显示,外周血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞指标均与传染性单核细胞增多症有密切的关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传染性单核细胞增多症患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化较大,应加强对传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的免疫调节干预。
Objective To study the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in children with infectious mononucleosis and to provide a theoretical basis for the immunological regulation of the children. Methods From April 2010 to November 2015, 56 infants with infectious mononucleosis were treated in our hospital and 56 healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of peripheral blood lymphocytes And NK cells were detected and analyzed. The results of children with different levels of white blood cells in the observation group were compared. Logistic analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the above indexes and infectious mononucleosis. Results The levels of CD_ (19) ~ +, CD_ (16) ~ + CD_ (56) ~ + and CD_3 ~ + CD_4 ~ +, CD_4 ~ + and CD_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ + in the peripheral blood of the observation group were lower than those of the control (P <0.05). There was also a significant difference in the results of different leukocyte levels in the observation group (P <0.05). According to the logistic analysis, the levels of CD_8 ~ + in the peripheral blood Lymphocyte subsets and NK cell indexes were closely related with infectious mononucleosis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in children with infectious mononucleosis are quite different. The immunomodulatory intervention on children with infectious mononucleosis should be strengthened.
