目的:心力衰竭患者血清N末端脑型钠尿肽水平的检测分析。方法:选择110例在我院诊治的心力衰竭(hronic heart failure,CHF)患者作为患者组,选择36例无心衰表现、无心脏病史、通过心动图检查室壁运动无任何障碍的健康人为对照组。通过电化学法测定患者组与对照组的血清N末端脑型钠尿肽的浓度水平以及研究心力衰竭患者血清NT-pro BNP水平与NYHA(美国心脏病协会分级方案)心功能级别的关系,从而作出综合判断。结果:患者组的NT-pro BNP水平与对照组相比,显示明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);NYHA分级越高NT-pro BNP水平也显著增高,两者呈现正相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NT-pro BNP的浓度水平对于心脏功能的评价客观准确,有着十分重要的意义,对于临床治疗心力衰竭提供可靠的实验指标。
Objective: To detect and analyze the levels of serum N-terminal NA in patients with heart failure. Methods: One hundred and thirteen patients with hronic heart failure (CHF) who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Thirty-six patients with no heart failure, no history of heart disease, and healthy controls group. The levels of serum N-terminal NA in patients and controls were determined by electrochemistry, and the relationship between NT-pro BNP level in patients with heart failure and NYHA (American Heart Association grading scheme) cardiac function was analyzed Make a comprehensive judgment. Results: The level of NT-pro BNP in patients group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the level of NT-pro BNP in NYHA group was significantly higher Positive correlation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The level of NT-pro BNP is objective and accurate for the evaluation of cardiac function. It is of great significance and provides a reliable experimental index for the clinical treatment of heart failure.
