压电陶瓷层与金属层间的粘接技术是决定超声波马达能否正常工作的关键性技术,胶层中微观的剪切力是使金属层产生微小柔性变形,造成输出力的直接原因。粘接层的强度以及在剪切力作用下的稳定度直接影响到超声波马达长时间工作的稳定性和使用寿命。在总结几种粘接机理的基础上,提出了超声波马达粘接层失效的原因,并结合多年从事超声波马达的实际经验,提出一种适用于超声波马达定子部分的合理的粘接工艺
The bonding technology between piezoelectric ceramic layer and metal layer is the key technology to decide whether the ultrasonic motor can work normally. The micro shear force in the glue layer is the direct cause of the output force caused by slight flexible deformation of the metal layer. The strength of the adhesive layer and the stability under the action of shear force directly affect the stability and service life of the ultrasonic motor for a long time. Based on the summarization of several bonding mechanisms, the reasons for the failure of the bonding layer of the ultrasonic motor are put forward. Based on the practical experience of ultrasonic motors for many years, a reasonable bonding process suitable for the stator part of the ultrasonic motor is proposed
