目的 :分析腰骶部移行椎的X线表现与分类 ,提高对腰骶部移行椎的认识。方法 :收集腰骶部移行椎的X线平片 13 3例 ,用Castellvi法进行分类。结果 :13 3例腰骶部移行椎中Castellvi分型Ⅰa型 2 2例 ,Ⅰb型 2 4例 ,Ⅱa型 3 2例 ,Ⅱb型 2 5例 ,Ⅲa型 5例 ,Ⅲb型 16例 ,Ⅳ型 9例。合并隐性脊柱裂 47例 ,腰椎退行性改变 41例。结论 :腰骶部移行椎以CastellviⅡ型多见 ,多合并隐性脊柱裂 ,易并发腰椎退行性改变 ,和腰痛有一定关系。
Objective: To analyze the X-ray manifestations and classification of lumbosacral transitional vertebra and improve the understanding of lumbosacral transitional vertebra. Methods: Thirteen X-ray films of lumbosacral transitional vertebrae were collected and classified by Castellvi’s method. Results: The Castellvi classification of lumbosacral vertebrae was performed in 22 patients with type Ia 22 cases, type Ib 24 cases, type IIa 32 cases, type IIb 25 cases, type IIIa 5 cases, type IIIb 16 cases, type IV 9 cases. 47 cases with recessive spina bifida and 41 cases with degenerative lumbar spine. CONCLUSION: The lumbosacral transitional vertebra is more common in Castellvi type II, more complicated with recessive spina bifida, easily complicated with lumbar degenerative changes, and has some relationship with low back pain.
