原告:王桂,男,35岁,某国有安装工程公司职工。被告:某国有安装工程公司。原告于2004年6月向人民法院提起诉讼称:1996年,因我父身边无子女,被告将我从其下属单位天津分公司调入父母居住地的被告下属单位机电厂工作,2002年3月,又调至被告下属单位安装公司,但未安置工作。2002年4月我曾申请调出未成,于2004年4月撤回申请,但仍未安排工作。
