本文通过对60例心脏病患者使用1,6-二磷酸果糖(简称FDP)治疗前后左室舒张期充盈率(FR)和前1/3充盈率(1/3 FR)的比较,探讨其对心脏早期舒张功能的影响。资料与方法一、病例来源60例心脏病患者来源于1987年7月至1991年6月住院病人,女2例,男58例。年龄52～83岁,平均66.51岁。二、诊断标准本组中,53例冠心病(其中心肌梗塞14例),5例高血压心脏病,2例风湿性心脏病均按1979年WHO诊断标准明确诊断。
