众所周知,听课是教师的一项重要工作。教师同仁间的相互听课,取长补短,探讨指导,是教师提高教学水平,形成教学风格的一条重要途径。然而,不少教师对听课的一个重要环节——评课——却并未引起足够的重视,出现“重听轻评”的现象,使得不少听课流于形式,没能发挥其应有的作用。评课涉及的内容十分广泛,同时又因学科不同以及执教者和听课人的不同而各有侧重。
