在分析牙轮钻头轴承摩擦磨损机理的基础上,提出改进其轴承摩擦表面材料是提高其寿命的有效途径。通过对硬质合金的力学性能和摩擦学性质的分析,论证了硬质合金可以用于牙轮钻头滑动轴承摩擦表面,并提出了硬质合金脆性的解决方法。
On the basis of analyzing the friction and wear mechanism of roller bit bearings, it is proposed that improving the bearing friction surface material is an effective way to improve its life. Based on the analysis of the mechanical properties and tribological properties of the cemented carbide, it is demonstrated that the cemented carbide can be used for the frictional surface of the roller bearing and the solution to the brittleness of the cemented carbide is proposed.
