职校生因缺乏耐挫力,造成了厌学、消极、自我发展意识差、轻生等种种不良心理和行为,所以,培养学生耐挫力是新时代教育的必然要求,是培养开放型人才的需要、是时代发展的客观要求、是学校教育的必然趋势、是学生现状的内在要求。
