白城市麻纺织厂是1951年建立的以生产麻袋为主的国有中型企业,现有职工2082人。1989年以来,全国黄麻纺织行业发展失控,到1991年,全行业陷入了低谷,有99％的企业严重亏损。面对如此严峻的形势,白城市麻纺织厂大胆进行企业改革,转换机制,狠抓管理,苦练内功,终于使企业走出了低谷。1992年,实现利税200万元,1994年实现利税307.6万元,比上年增长了31.5％;1995年实现利税达到550万元,创历史最好水平。企业被国家纺织总会誉为全国麻纺行业“一枝花”。让我们来探寻一下他们的改革和发展之路。
Baicheng Ma Textile Mill is a state-owned medium-sized enterprise established mainly in the production of sacks in 1951 and has 2,082 employees. Since 1989, the development of the country’s jute textile industry has been out of control. By 1991, the industry had fallen into a trough, and 99% of the enterprises had suffered serious losses. Faced with such a severe situation, Baicheng Ma textile mills boldly carried out enterprise reforms, changed the mechanism, paid close attention to management, and practiced hard work, finally enabling the company to emerge from the bottom. In 1992, profits and taxes reached 2 million yuan. In 1994, profits and taxes reached 3.076 million yuan, an increase of 31.5% over the previous year. In 1995, profits and taxes reached 5.5 million yuan, setting a record high. The company is hailed by the National Textile Federation as “a flower” in the national hemp spinning industry.
