目的:探讨关节镜下类风湿关节炎(RA)滑膜特点及在其治疗中的应用。方法:2006/2008年收集30例关节镜手术治疗RA病例,术中清理关节腔内增生滑膜,术后配合药物治疗,前后比较。结果:所有患者均经关节镜检查及病理诊断符合RA,术后症状明显好转。治疗前后膝关节受限程度有统计学差异(P<0.05),JOA评分也有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜在治疗单纯RA疾病中有着重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovium and its application in arthroscopy. Methods: Thirty patients with RA underwent arthroscopic surgery in 2006/2008. The intra-articular hyperplastic synovium was cleared during operation, and the patients were treated with medication after the operation. Results: All patients underwent arthroscopy and pathological diagnosis in accordance with RA. The symptoms after operation were significantly improved. Before and after treatment, there was a significant difference in the degree of knee joint limitation (P <0.05) and JOA score (P <0.05). Conclusion: Arthroscopy is of great value in the treatment of RA.
