泥塑艺术是我国一种古老的民间艺术。它以泥土为原料,以手工捏制成形,或素或彩,以人物、动物为主。玉田泥塑作为民间泥塑的一个典型代表,继承了热爱自然,反映自然的优良传统,虽然由于时空变迁,民间泥塑逐渐被随之而来的新型玩具所取代,诸如电动、塑料等玩具,从而使民间泥塑淡出人们的生活。然而民间艺人并没有放弃希望,可以说民间泥塑是中国美术史值得研究的一门课题。课题组通过玉田泥塑个案的记录与分析,希望为保护传统的非物质文
Clay sculpture is an ancient folk art in our country. It is made of soil as raw material, hand-kneaded into shape, or plain or color, with people, animals.
