本文通过对贵州的美术高考培训班的大量考察,发现无证无照的培训班的无序管理,是贵州高考培训办学的主流。把贵州考前培训班的教师分为教授型教师,少壮派教师、高中美术教师、艺术家教师、等类型,分析了各个类型培训班的师资及教学管理特点。论述了教授型和少壮派教师的教学方式向多样化、技术化、职业化方向的畸形发展的现状。
