目的探讨异位妊娠保守治疗临床效果。方法对2004年1月至2007年12月在我们医院就诊的102例异位妊娠患者进行药物保守治疗,其中观察组(A)52例应用米非司酮联合MTX治疗,对照组(B)50例单用米非司酮进行治疗。结果观察组治愈率为90.38%,对照组为54.00%,两组比较,经χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮与MTX两药联合应用保守治疗异位妊娠比单独应用米非司酮效果好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 102 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2007 were treated conservatively with 52 patients in the observation group (A) treated with mifepristone plus MTX and 50 (B) 50 in the control group Cases with mifepristone for treatment. Results The cure rate was 90.38% in the observation group and 54.00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups by χ2 test (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and MTX is more effective than mifepristone in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
