不同晶体结构 Zr O2 的制备探索表明, 二氧化锆的晶体结构极大地依赖于它的制备条件.从同一种原料可以制备出不同晶体结构的二氧化锆, 也可以从不同的锆盐原料制备出同一种晶体结构的二氧化锆. 其影响因素包括制备原料、锆盐溶液的浓度、溶液的p H 值、沉淀时的速度及溶液的温度等. 它们对制备二氧化锆的晶体结构均有规律性的影响. 因此, 我们推测锆离子在溶液中有不同的物种形式, 而这些不同的物种导致了不同的二氧化锆晶体结构. 聚合锆离子物种导致单斜晶系二氧化锆, 而非聚合物种则形成四方晶系二氧化锆.
Preparation of ZrO2 with Different Crystal Structure Exploration has shown that the crystal structure of zirconium dioxide depends greatly on its preparation conditions. From the same raw material can be prepared different crystal structure of zirconium dioxide, zirconium salt can also be prepared from different raw materials of the same crystal structure of zirconium dioxide. The influencing factors include the preparation of raw materials, the concentration of zirconium salt solution, p H value of the solution, the speed of precipitation and the temperature of the solution. They have a regular effect on the crystal structure of zirconium dioxide. Therefore, we speculate that zirconium ions have different species forms in solution, and these different species lead to different zirconium dioxide crystal structures. Polymeric zirconium species lead to monoclinic zirconium dioxide, whereas non-polymeric species form tetragonal zirconium dioxide.
