高校档案的现代化管理手段是适应高校信息化建设的重要一环。在计算机通信技术快速发展的今天,如何将高校档案的管理其融为一体成为了我们现阶段探讨的课题。通过分析现有高校档案管理制度存在的问题基础上,提出高校档案现代化管理的优化措施,为高校档案管理的现代化建设提供了参考意见。
The modern management means of college archives are an important part of adapting to the construction of university informatization. In the rapid development of computer communication technology today, how to integrate the management of university archives has become a topic we are discussing at this stage. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of college archives management system, this paper puts forward the optimization measures of modern archives management in colleges and universities, and provides reference for the modernization of archives management in colleges and universities.
