孔德学校是老北京的一所私立学校,它创办于1917年(1952年起改名为北京市第27中学),距今已有80余年。孔德学校的创办人是蔡元培先生(时任北京大学校长)和李石曾教授。 当时北京大学的教授沈尹默、马叔平、陈大齐、钱玄同、马幼渔、沈兼士、周作人等都曾在孔德学校兼课。他们既是北大的教授,又是“五四”新文化运动的倡导者。李大钊烈士的遗孤李葆华、李星华兄妹,海外华人陈香梅女士,著名物理学家钱三强教授等都曾在孔德学校学习。
Comte School is a private school in Old Beijing. Founded in 1917 (renamed as 27th Middle School in Beijing since 1952), Comte School has been around for more than 80 years. The founder of Comte School is Mr. Cai Yuanpei (then president of Peking University) and Professor Li Shizeng. At that time, Peking University professors Shen Yinmo, Ma Shu-ping, Chen Dazi, Qian Xuan Tong, Ma Youyu, Shen Jianshi, Zhou Zuoren and others had Conde School. They are both professors at Peking University and advocates of the May Fourth New Culture Movement. Li Dazhao martyr’s orphans Li Baohua, Li Xinghua brother and sister, the overseas Chinese Ms. Chen Xiangmei, the famous physicist Professor Qian Sanqiang and so have studied at Comte School.
