人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折临床应用研究

目的:探讨人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:2018年4月-2020年4月收治老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采用内固定手术方式治疗;观察组采用人工髋关节置换手术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、手术治疗相关指标及术后恢复情况、生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术相关指标及术后恢复情况、生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股
