水泥混凝土路面是我国公路的基本形式之一,在各级公路中得到了广泛的应用。水泥混凝土路面强度高、稳定性好、使用年限久,尤其适用于重、特重交通等级的道路。然而,近年来水泥混凝土路面在设计与施工中出现各种问题,导致其运营初期就出现很多病害,严重影响路面使用性能和使用寿命。文章以重交通等级水泥混凝土路面施工技术为主线,全面分析阐述其国内外发展现状、施工准备、主要施工工序施工技术,并提出了质量控制措施。
Cement concrete pavement is one of the basic forms of the highway in our country, and has been widely used in the highway at all levels. Cement concrete pavement high strength, good stability, long service life, especially for heavy and extra heavy traffic grade roads. However, in recent years, various problems occurred in the design and construction of cement concrete pavement, resulting in many diseases during its initial operation, seriously affecting the serviceability and service life of the pavement. This paper takes the construction technology of heavy traffic grade cement concrete pavement as the main line, analyzes and analyzes its development status at home and abroad, construction preparation, construction technology of main construction process and puts forward quality control measures.
