目前,高职文秘专业的的人才培养仅限于认知的基础上。随着我国经济的飞速发展,人才的竞争也越来越激烈。高职院校应改将秘书的专业证书和资格证书的教学过程有机的结合起来,以达到培养人才的最佳模式。本文主要阐述了资格教育背景下的高职文秘专业的人才培养方法和在这过程中需要注重的问题。
At present, vocational college secretarial talent training is limited to cognitive basis. With the rapid development of economy in our country, the competition for talents is getting fiercer and fiercer. Higher vocational colleges should change the professional certificate of the secretary and the teaching process of the qualification certificate organically to achieve the best mode of training qualified personnel.
