一、有利于我国经济持续稳定发展。社会主义市场经济是一个完整的市场体系,证券市场是这个完整的市场体系的重要组成部分。证券市场的规范、健康、稳定发展,对整个市场产生积极的影响。自从亚洲金融风暴发生以后,为了稳定我国经济,有必要吸取亚洲各国金融市场、证券市场发生动荡的教训,结合我国国情,使我国证券市场运作规范化,以防范风险。而这一切在新出台的《证券法》
