The construction of a new socialist countryside needs two basic supports: one is material support; the other is cultural support. Especially with the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, the status and role of cultural construction in the new rural construction have become increasingly prominent. In accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development and building a new socialist countryside, we must vigorously strengthen cultural construction.
