70岁以上高龄食管、贲门癌患者的手术治疗(附386例报告)

目的探讨高龄食管、贲门癌患者手术治疗的可治性。方法回顾性分析了386例70岁以上食管、贲门癌手术治疗情况。结果切除率99．1%。1年生存率87．3%,2年生存率80．5%,3年生存率75．7%。结论高龄食管、贲门癌患者只要严格掌握适应症可以胜任手术治疗。

Objective To investigate the treatment of elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of 386 cases of esophageal and cardiac surgery over the age of 70 cases. Results The resection rate was 99.1%. The 1-year survival rate was 87.3%, the 2-year survival rate was 80.5%, and the 3-year survival rate was 75.7%. Conclusions Elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac cardiac cancer should be qualified for surgery as long as their indications are strictly followed.
