(一) 西北人民革命大学兰州分校第三部第二期举办的少数民族训练班的学习,可分为两个阶段:自本年二月十三日五月四日为第一阶段;五月五日到七月五日为第二阶段。青海同学华铎等四十余人于二月十三日到校,是本期到校最早的一批同学,以后又陆续来了几批,先随第一期同学学习,三月五日第一期五十八个同学毕业之后,才从新编队上课,算是第二期正式开学,四月十四日夏河释淡泊等十六人到校,才最后停止收生。本期同学来来往往前前后后,人数多达三百二十六人。这一阶段的课程:“共同纲领”讲授了八次,“反对自由主义”报告了三次,“社会发展史”和“中国革命与中国共产党”讲了一次
