Kunming Property Rights Exchange Center was approved by Kunming Municipal People’s Government in November 1989. It belongs to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Kunming Municipality and is the first province in Yunnan Province to be approved by the government as a trans-regional, cross-sectoral and cross-ownership system
